About the event
Tweens will receive a robust fitness program that builds on the five components of fitness including flexibility, speed, endurance, strength, and coordination. Classes will be taught by former pro athlete, and current USA Weightlfiting and USA Track and Field Coach Yamar Washington.

When: July 6 - August 26 every Tuesday and Thursday (no class August 3)
Ages: Elementary to Early Middle School
Times: 10:30a - 11:30a
Where: Genesee Park and Playfield
